OV Books
OV Books publishes 2 fiction titles annually, with a focus on short story collections and anthologies, in an effort to champion books of short fiction, which are increasingly marginalized by the corporate publishers. An imprint of Dzanc Books, OV Books was launched in 2004 with the publication of SIMPLIFY by Tod Goldberg, which was a finalist for the prestigious SCBA Award--the only indie-press title nominated that year. Other titles include O STREET by Corrina Wycoff and A STRANGER AMONG US: TALES OF CROSS-CULTURAL COLLISIONS AND CONNECTIONS, including work by international writers such as Nathan Englander, Josip Novakovich and Francesca Marciano. OV Books is based in Chicago and Los Angeles.
