Prism Review

Prism Review is the national literary journal of the University of La Verne, located in Southern California. We publish a range of complex literary works by upcoming writers in fiction, poetry, and non-fiction, and we also sponsor an annual poetry prize judged by a prize-winning poet. Prism Review Poetry Prize ($250)PRISM REVIEW invites submissions for its inaugural poetry prize.
Prize: $250 plus publication.
Fee: $10 (includes 1-year subscription to PRISM REVIEW).
Judge: Neil Aitken, author of The Lost Country of Sight, winner of the 2007 Philip Levine Prize (Anhinga Press 2008).
Submissions must be postmarked between October 1 to December 15. Submissions are limited to three poems (five pages maximum). Include a cover sheet with your name, contact information, and the titles of the entered poems. Do not include your name on any of the poems. Only one submission is allowed per person. Include SASE for return of manuscript or notification. Make check out to PRISM REVIEW.
