Passages North
An annual journal, Passages North is sponsored by Northern Michigan University, on the shores of Lake Superior. We publish quality short fiction, creative nonfiction, poetry and interviews by established and emerging writers. We offer the following contests: Elinor Benedict Poetry, Thomas J. Hruska Memorial Nonfiction, Waasmode Short Fiction and Just Desserts Short-Short Fiction. Send SASE for details.
Past and recent contributors include Vivian Shipley, Jack Driscoll and Bob Hicok in poetry and Bonnie Jo Campbell, Lisa Stolley and Steve Almond in fiction.
